Hello. There was an article in the last GPA newsletter that said to email gala2017@gpawisconsin.org if you're interested in helping with the 2017 Gala. I sent an email to that address on 7/27 about helping with Friday setup and have heard nothing. Yet I heard from someone the other day that they're all signed up to volunteer. (I did not get to ask that person how they managed to signed up to volunteer) What am I doing wrong? I do not get a chance to log onto this forum very often anymore so hopefully someone can locate my 7/27 email and respond?

Just a clarification:

I'm coordinator for vendors for Gala.

I'm helping to coordinate the upcoming coffee fundraiser. (Launches today! Watch for the funky vintage ads here on the Forum and on Facebook.)

I'm not coordinating GPA volunteers in general and other than vendors, I'm not anything else for Gala.

If anyone is looking to volunteer for Gala, I thought that sending an email to gala2017@gpawisconsin.org was the proper way to go.
